I first heard of Threshold from my wife and running buddy who were seeing Mandy on a 2x a week schedule w/ very positive results. When I met Mandy I had recently committed to my first 1/2 Ironman triathlon earlier in the year and wanted combine strength training with my endurance training. My program was tailored to my schedule and monitored with bi-weekly body mass measurements to ensure that I was making progress toward my goals. After successfully completing the triathlon I continue to use Threshold for strength training diet control and positive encouragement. For this reluctant middle-aged athlete Threshold continues to provide me a whole body workout combined with knowledge and encouragement to keep me motivated.
