Meet the trainers


Hilary Shaffer

I’ve worked in the fitness industry for the past 16+ years. I consider the first six years my “fat and unhappy” years. I was 40 pounds heavier and six sizes larger. When I finally realized clothing stores were NOT making their clothes smaller, but that I was getting larger, I made the decision to make a change. I started weight training and doing cardio. I was also on a very structured meal plan. I struggled to lose the weight with conventional weight training and cardio. Then I discovered High Intensity Training and lost all of my weight in about 6 months. That was 10 years ago and I am STILL experiencing continued results. Due to my amazing results and strong belief in living the High Intensity lifestyle I was inspired to help others feel and look their best. I became a Full Time Personal Fitness Trainer and have been blessed to inspire and motivate many clients.

Mandy Judd

My name is Mandy Judd. I have been a personal trainer for 10+ years. My focus is on high intensity training with an equal emphasis on nutrition as proper nutrition is an integral part of all muscle-building and weight-loss programs. I have competed in figure competitions over the past several years with my most recent being in April 2014, the Empire Classic. I have two wonderful boys that are the joy of my life. My passion in life is to help people reach their goals and live a more meaningful life. There is nothing more rewarding than the hugs I receive when I have helped someone change their life.
